How Mission Check handles information.
Route and address processing
The public journey checker sends the start and destination selected by the user to authorised mapping services to resolve locations and calculate the route. Recent and saved locations may be retained on that device for convenience.
Saved missions
When a signed-in user chooses to save a mission or outcome, the workspace record may include the route labels, vehicle, job inputs, prediction, evidence provenance and observed result. Those records remain attached to the relevant private workspace and organisation.
Research and aggregation
Optional research contribution is off unless enabled. Research views use area-level or aggregated information and exclude direct identifiers. A saved operational record may still contain more detailed route labels where the user supplied them.
Location
Mission Check does not continuously track a vehicle. Device location is requested only when the user chooses “Use current location” and the device grants permission.
Access and deletion
Workspace records are available to authorised workspace members. Account tools provide export and deletion controls. Contact matt@onefleet.world with a data-handling question.
